I'm Ross Stokes.
For over six decades, I've been exploring how people actually thrive — not in theory, but in lived experience.
My life hasn't followed a straight line.
It's moved through farming, sport, global travel, business, technology, leadership development, health challenges, and deep inner work.
Each chapter taught me something essential about energy, timing, and truth.
What ties it all together is simple:
When a life is aligned with how a person is designed to operate, things stop breaking — and start flowing.
That's what I build now.
I was raised on a dairy farm, where responsibility came early and effort was non-negotiable. That environment taught me resilience, autonomy, and how to build from nothing.
In my twenties and thirties, the world became my classroom. I've travelled through more than 60 countries, including a two-year overland journey across Africa. Those years sharpened my ability to read patterns, adapt quickly, and trust the intelligence inside disruption.
In business, I've built and sold companies, worked in enterprise technology across Asia, invested in property, and lived through both significant success and total collapse during the 2008 financial crisis.
Parallel to this, I spent decades exploring health and wellbeing — not as optimisation, but as necessity. Chronic fatigue, immune challenges, injuries, and burnout forced me into a deeper relationship with my body and my inner life.
At 61, discovering Human Design didn't change my life — it explained it.
I'm the founder of The Wellbeing Vine — a living ecosystem designed to support human vitality, clarity, and coherence.
This includes platforms like Miracale, where real people share real experiences of what actually works — without algorithms distorting truth or attention being monetised at the expense of wellbeing.
My work sits at the intersection of:
I don't build from theory.
I build from what's been tested by life.
I'm a Manifestor with emotional authority — I initiate when clarity arrives, not before.
I don't push.
I don't hustle.
I don't force outcomes.
I pay attention to timing, energy, and coherence.
When those are right, things move quickly and cleanly.
I live in Bali.
My days are simple and alive:
I'm in a relationship grounded in awareness and timing rather than urgency.
And I'm building what feels like my most distilled work yet.
This isn't a winding down phase.
It's a clarifying one.
Many people reach midlife with success — but no coherence.
Or vitality — but no meaning.
Or knowledge — but no embodiment.
I'm interested in a different question:
What becomes possible when someone finally lives in alignment with how they actually operate?
My life is one expression of that.
The platforms I'm building are another.
Miracale exists because I believe:
This page exists so you can understand who's behind the work, and why it's being built this way.
Alignment is honesty.
